We had a great stay here in a Promaster van. We did not use or need hookups. Our spot was level. Not too crowded on a Thursday , maybe 25% full. Bathroom was clean. Shower was hot with moderate pressure. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again and recommend to those with smaller vehicles - pop up trailers, vans or tents.

Stayed here for 3 nights in my class B. Wooded campsites. Level areas limited but fine for class B. Electric only except for one site that had water too. But waters readily available in each row of sites. Dump station. This is mainly a tenting destination. But I recommend if you want a more rustic environment. Good hiking on site including trail along Hudson. Bathrooms very clean and heated. Staff helpful. Close to Rhinebeck and all the Hudson River destinations.

There is only one level spot here. I was told I could park there. When I did later that night, I was told to leave after I set up, and that actually I would probably be woken up at by rangers at night if I stayed. I guess they don't like paying customers here. Not a great campground, though there are some beautiful spots in the park.

Worst campsite we have been in ever. No water, not level impossible for most sites, poorly maintained.

Pretty rugged gravel roads and few level sites, even for a small rig. No easy access to fill drinking water.
