Fairly nice campground with big sites but few trees and VERY LONG runs to the power pedestal. Our 57 feet of power cord was barely enough and some sites needed more. Some sites also have a lot of slope. The best thing about this park is the location, right in the middle of the wine region and finger lakes.

If you have 5 dogs that never stop barking you will fit in nicely at this dog park. Otherwise keep away.

This is a wonderful state park. Good roads. Large sites. Some sites have water nearby but best make sure you fill with water on the way in. Would stay here again for sure. Make sure you visit the Museum to learn the history of this former Navy and Air Force training base.

Very nice State Park. Watch out for low bridge on 96a north of the park. There was no wifi and no sewer hookup and we had to fill our fresh water tank as there is no city water connection. Some of the sites have the electrical connection on the wrong side of the camper and a bit of a ways away. Have an extension cord with you. The beach swim area looked nice and the playgrounds are awesome looking. Our campsite overlooked the lake and had a spacious feel to it. There are 10 gorgeous cottages just built around the lake front. Another loop had rustic cabins for rent.

The Park's wide open spaces reflect the areas use as a large Naval Training Base during WWII and an Air Force Base during the Korean War. Although large trees - probably planted when the park opened in the early 60's - provide sufficient shade to the large sites, the campground still has very open feel. Bathhouses are in good shape although no separate changing area for showers. Like most NY State Parks there is a large and relatively new playground.

Great park. Attending a rally with over 50 rigs. Nice clubhouse. Sites are nice, but power poles are a long reach at some sites. Have extra cords! Water is even more of an issue, but we just added before we settled in. Bathrooms/shower were fine. Sites are spaced pretty far apart. Some road are a little rough, but I believe they are in the middle of redoing most areas. We will be back!

A very nice NY State park. Well spaced, large sites. The placement of power poles is a bit quirky so you may need an extension cord to reach your electrical hookup.

Great access to Seneca Lake (one of the NY Finger Lakes) with boat ramps and docking. Large open areas for walking or whatever.

A former Air Force training center used during WWI & Korea. There is an onsite museum which we did not visit.

We would definitely stay here again.
