Beautiful area. We have been camping and using campgrounds all over the USA for 6 years. I have never been charged an early check in fee. We were 1.5 hours early, by the time we did paperwork and drove to the site it was 1 hour early. Ridiculous to have open sites and charge a fee for 1 hour. The fee was 25$!

Stayed one night as we were traveling through. Lovely find! Great campground, friendly stay, shaded site, and clean. Price, $40/night for electric and water, was very reasonable for the amenities.
Caution - do NOT rely on Google Maps for navigation because it is not correct once you get off of the highway. :)

We stayed here for just one overnight stay while traveling. Campground very well maintained, staff was pleasant. Mostly seasonal sites but all were well maintained. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Our pull through was fairly level and not difficult to get in and out. Store had basic supplies, ice cream and organized dinners scheduled. We would definitely recommend this campground for an over night stay or even longer.

Very nice campground... quite a few seasonals but we had no problem making same day reservation for level pull through site with full hookups. Large grounds with. 3 playgrounds, one nice pool, 2 ponds, nice little store, different weekend activities and walking trails! Would definitely come back!

Great staff, RV'ers, clean and safe. Interstate noise noticeable. But great access off the interstate for short stays. Unhitched and able to see the sites very easily.
