This is a state campground-basic amenities & no hookups. But the sites are wooded (we prefer this for privacy). It is located right on Lake Champlain-beautiful views!!! We stayed in a 25’ travel trailer-plenty of space. The bathrooms are dated-but the showers are free & super hot! I wish the campground had any hookups-even electricity would be great-so only 4 stars.

Beautiful sites on the lake. We were on 13. Beaches to the right and left. One dog friendly. Grass and water at our feet. No electric. Rest rooms and showers dated but adequate.

If your GPS is like mine you may not be able to select this CG from a list. Not hard to find, howrver, entrance is ON RT 9 a few miles north of Keesville and Ausable Chasm, and south abt 1.5 mi of Valcour.
Heavily wooded with mixture of trees. I like site #1 (largef with adequate clearance btw trees for almost any size vehicle/combination. No water, elec or sewer on sites (but several group water faucets available. some have hose bib connections). Flush toilets and showers in CG. Primative, but adequate RV dump station. Paved roads (but not in the best shape).
