Staff not very knowledgeable. Crowded campground and almost a price gouging cost. 175.00 for a night! Had to move from original site because I could not level the rig. Once in it was a average site with good WiFi. This campground is NOT WORTH 175.00 dollars a night. Find another place to stay!!!

A beautiful well run RV park. We notified the office that we had been notified that a tornado had went through our town. The power was off at our home and that we needed to leave a day early to go home due our emergency.
The office would not give us any credit off our stay.
I called back to see if they would give us back a stay credit and was told芒鈧 that it is their policy no refunds芒鈧.
This was a emergency situation not just a whim.

This place was amazing. This was such a great experience. Luxury camping. Top notch. Can芒鈧劉t say enough. You have to give this place a try

Stayed early May 2018, site 243. The good... Very Very beautiful resort. Nothing is outta place. The dog park is amazing. the place is huge. Paved roads, just immaculate. Did not use bathrooms, pool, theaters. Lots and lots to do for kids. New pool/mini water park is under construction and will be open soon. The bad... campsites are very close together, everything sold here is expensive. Firewood is $8 per bundle. Worst of all we are here off season and leaving on Monday asked if we could leave past the checkout time of 11:00am. Wast told I can pay $20.00 and move the RV to the parking lot. There芒鈧劉s no one here! The park is empty! I芒鈧劉d pay the $20 to stay a couple hours more in the site. Guess that wasn芒鈧劉t an option. This is why I didn芒鈧劉t give 5 stars.

Ok park but there is better in the area. Staff not very personable from the counter to maintenance people. Dog park is outstanding the rest well like I said better in the area. Safe travels to all:-)

What a great place, this is by far the best place I have ever stayed in NY. We ended up here by mistake and from the minute we got there till the week later when we left the experience was fantastic. The staff could not have been more accommodating and the park was consistently being maintained. The shows were top notch and they also have a great theatre. I guess I can't say enough but if you have kids it great and if you dont is great, bike trails, paddle boats, trolley system to get around, pools, 2 movie theatres, cafe, etc. the other cool thing is the cater to the transient people, there are no permanent trailers with decks and things, the sites are beutiful. I have said a enough and can't wait to go back.
