The roads have more ruts than they have road; the sites have tree trunks at the corners by the road making backing in a challenge; and the sites are a mix of sand and dirt. However, once you’re past all that and settled in, it’s pretty decent. The Chasm is a grand geological view of capitalism. It’s worth coming to once.

Owners are very nice. Owner is working very hard to add more sites and upgrade what is there. Very large sites all have full hook up. Stayed 2 nights good location to visit Ausable Chasm.

Stayed 3 nites. Nice setting-right by Ausable River, and short distance to falls. Right off fwy exchange, but not too noisy. New owners very friendly, working hard to fix the place up, but no laundry (washing machine broke), Rec hall is in poor condition.
