Four star for beauty and close proximity to Saratoga Battlefield.no hook ups so just a gravel spot. Campfire pit was more like a cement half chimney. Potable Water every few sites. great for boon docking. Dump and top off water tanks.

The person who said they had been in "all 50 states and this is the first one without electric" hasn't gone to many state parks in those states. Many state parks don't have electric. This is a great state park, beautiful, spacious.

I have been in all 50 states and this is the first one that I have found that didn’t have electric sites. We were told to pick a site and come and then come back and pay. We noticed some had electric, but couldn’t see how they were marked on the map. We called the office and they said they were for handicapped that had a doctor’s note saying they needed electric. We didn’t stay because we wanted electric for AC. The Campground was very nice good spacing between sites lots of very nice trees. The lake looked nice.

Nice wooded park with ample space. Water is scattered, so not at every space. We were here in mid October, so we had the unexpected joy of seeing (and hearing) hundreds of geese fly into the lake at night and leave in the morning. We were in a 25' travel trailer.

Good camping park. Plenty of elbow room between the camp sites. We camped with a small class c and the kids & grandchildren in tents. Very good rest room & showers. Nice beach and lake

Absolute gem!
And great value! We were given a HUGE bag of firewood for just seven bucks.
Loved the stone fire pits, and there's an active beaver dam in the lake; saw little beavers swimming around and playing all morning long.
Beautiful park, great for camping.
