Pros: Beautiful lake, nice pool, gated enterence, looks fancy. Maybe a campground for parents who want to let their kids to go off and play for the entire day. Cons: Very cramped sites, ever here the saying; Like bugs on a bumper? That is what this place is. Kids racing golf carts up and down the road, kids riding their bikes and making a lot of noise. Very, very noisy place, would rather stay at a campground next to a interstate. Sites are dirt, grass or gravel and very unlevel. Difficult to get to, winding and steep grades. Very pricey. No, I will NEVER go back.

Really a mixed review. The property is gorgeous with the lakes and pond and trees. It has excellent Verizon service. There are beautiful amenities including two nice pools. And, it’s run by teenagers. Everything is sort of halfway. My site had trash. The voltage went too low every fri-sat-sun to run my AC (people not using an EMS / surge protector are ruining their ACs). Because it’s run by teens, there’s no real adult supervision. It’s a huge facility that needs to be monitored by adults and it’s not. I did see the police come through only once. I didn’t feel unsafe exactly, but there’s a lot of on the edge we’re going to see how far we can take this behavior. I did take one issue to an adult at the front desk who said they wouldn’t do anything and I had to read them their policies. Loud music. Many times people just came to my campsite and stared at my rig and talked about it like I wasn’t even there. Packs of teenagers on golf carts screaming rude things at the adults they see. So... I don’t know. It seems a place that is safe until it isn’t.

Mostly seasonal sites. Well established business with nice atmosphere. The waterfront site I had was clean and had an excellent view. Bathrooms seemed to be cleaned multiple times daily. Although slightly outdated.

Good family campground for families - quite a few activities for kids and a nice pool. Most sites appear to be seasonal rentals with well established groups of campers. We liked our waterfront site near the front entrance. This place is fairly busy during the summer and would recommend checking it out during the off season. Close to Saratoga Springs and Lake George and a little pricey.

Bath houses were dirty . There was trash on our site. We had to request a different site as the one we were booked on was not level and no picnic table. We would not stay here again. Crowded and noisy

Staff is not very nice. Site was still messy. Do not recommend this one.
