We stayed at 3 separate State Park sites in 1000 Islands. Kring Point (our favourite), Keewaydin (excellent) and Cedar Point. Cedar packed us in like sardines (it was Labour Day Saturday/Sunday) and then closed the Rec. Building so we all had to use the poorly maintained shower block. Not impressed!

Stayed 3 nights after Labor Day mid week. Pro. Park is modern and well kept up. Restrooms are outstanding if near the two modern ones. Con... Sites near the river are crowded and full. Sites on the slope going down to the river will be hard to level but will be ok for a small camper. Sites on the top of the hill and near the gate are level with modern rest rooms.
