Buyers beware!
Advertised as a Passport America campground & Good Sam’s. Upon arrival owner said they wouldn’t honor either one because they were to full. Out of the 8 pull thurs only two were occupy. Owner also told us over the phone that his new pull thurs had sewer available but at a extra cost. Upon arrival we were informed the entire park had no sewer at any cost. We where staying at a family member’s house for a week after this stop and it was very important to have sewer hook up which turned out not to exist. Owner put us in a pull thru that was a bowl shaped mud hole (we have a 45’ heavy class A) and I almost didn’t get out of it. When I walked the other pull thurs and asked to be move I got a BIG attitude about his park bing full and the inconvenience I was causing him (again 6 out of the 8 pull thurs were empty the next morning).
To add insult to injury, we were double changed for our stay, and when we called to correct the double charge the owner said there was no double charge on his behalf because we has asked for a cash advance and that’s why there was two changes. This was absolutely FALSE!

The sites are large, but no trees. Seasonals have nice sites with trees. None of the sites have sewer, but there is a dump on site. We paid $3 per day for cable TV. We had good Verizon phone coverage. Staff was friendly. Laundry was reasonably clean and inexpensive.
