This location is literally a parking lot with the hookups in the back of the parking space. There are no picnic tables, grills or grass for the pets anywhere on the property except for the one small area on the property where the gazebo is at that is shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is not the best, but I’ve been in worse areas. Very secured front gate, but the back gate was left open and unsecured.

The only good thing is it was close to where we needed to be. It wasn’t very clean, residents some were very messy. It was run down. Not what the pictures on the internet looked like. Very disappointed. Will not stay there again.

Spaces are very tight in this paved parking lot with hookups and cable tv. A lot of residential users with their stuff overflowing from their space. Two security gates, had to call to get in. A little hard to find, it sets back from the street. Best thing is the location close to where we needed to be for one night.

I gave this park a 4 star for what it is - a place to stay but spend time in Reno. It is right across the street from the Peppermill, close to convention center - so location was perfect for us and our needs for 5 nights. It was clean, ample areas to walk our dog and people were friendly. Neighborhood not so good but no problem in park and walk to Peppermill at night was safe. Great steak restaurant right outside entrance. After reading reviews we reconsidered staying here but were glad we did because of convenience factors. There is a little grassy area and gazebo in the park, but that is about it. As someone else said, this is not a destination resort but we would stay here again
