The park, staff and permanent residents were all very nice. It was quiet and clean. The price seemed expensive for the space. I gave this an extra star because you could easily walk to the river and to Reno’s Truckee Whitewater Park.

Most of the "resort" was full time residents. The pull thru transient sites were the smallest we have experienced. When we put out our stairs we were about 4" from the site next next door and the slides on the other side the slides were about 5' from the other slides. There was no room to put out chairs ect. This place was ok for a 1-2 night overnight stay but would definitely not recommend for any long term stay. The grounds were clean and the toilets and laundry room were clean and nice. They were not a resort. I would only stay here again if it was an overnight stay while traveling.

I don’t know how this place got good reviews. The campers are inches from each other. There is no grass. Permanent residents have piles of trash around their RVs. The website says they only accept RVs which are less than 10 years old, but most of them in there are from the 70s and 80s. I have no idea where the pictures on the website came from, but it is very misleading.

We had the privilege of staying here this summer.The owner Kerri is a great person,she hosted a BBQ for the park and takes the welfare of her resident s to heart.I cannot recommend this park enough.We will return in the future. ? ? ?
