Nice large RV park with socially active (55+) clubhouse that offers meals and events and has a full size indoor pool and hottub. Stopped using the spa bathrooms due to 55+ hookup behaviors there. All the bathrooms are clean and athletic club style. Verizon and ATT were slow but usable. The desk lady gave me the worst spot in the park when there was lots of available nicer spots with shade so look around before you settle.

If I could have given this place a 5+ I would have. Friendly staff and guests, immaculate bathrooms, showers and laundry, all air conditioned. Sites were spacious. WiFi worked well. Pool and hot tub clean and well heated. Propane and free air on premises. Also, they put on some breakfasts and dinners that were homemade and tasty. The best part was we only paid $166 for a week with Good Sam. I've paid a lot more other places and gotten a lot less. Good Value! Very happy with this place.

Great spot to base for day trips to Death Valley, Amagosa Opera House, Ash Meadows, red Rock state Park and even Las Vegas. Restrooms/showers on Lane B are A-one. Staff and residents very friendly. Back in sites gravel with cement patios and spacious width. Walking distant to groceries, casinos., Great Chatthai cafe.. We planned for 5 nights and stayed 8!

Delighted to discover this resort accepts Passport America members
This is one of the best RV parks I have experienced. It is well maintained, clean, has a wonderful large heated pool, a jacuzzi and a very nice club house.
Weekly activities include meals and workshops.
Membership is available for long term stays at reduced rates.
It is about an hour to Las Vegas and also Death Valley NP.
