Stayed two nights early November. Quiet sites...fairly close together, but comfortable. Most sites are pull through and full hookups. Lot of snowbirds (not a negative). Smooth paved roads, level gravel sites with a concrete patio. Trees around for some shade on a lot of sites. An original listing showed age 55+ but they told us they weren芒鈧劉t age restricted. Though they did ask about our coach and said it needed to be 10yo or newer. However, when we pulled in, there were countless rigs older than 10y, so likely if yours look decent, they would work with you. WiFi available but it was pretty slow. Pool and hot tub.
