Perched on the hillside with sweeping views of the Virgin Mountains and the town of Mesquite below. Lots of expansion underway; looks like they will at least double and perhaps triple in size with new sites under construction on a lower level. This place caters to the big Class A and 5th Wheel rigs. Our 20 ft travel trailer looked almost comical among the big guys but we were made to feel welcome just the same. Clean and modern. Fairly good spacing in the classic, angled RV park layout. Pea gravel sites. $55 per night included free laundry, individual showers, and full hookups. I subtracted one star only because I felt our fee would have been appropriate if all the amenities under construction were done and available. For a two-night stay and the opportunity to reprovision in town, it was an acceptable value. We’d stay here again, provided they don’t increase rates when the new areas open up.

Called on a whim while driving through Vegas on Memorial Day weekend. We were able to secure a spot for our airstream and couldn’t have been happier. Beautiful and simple spot up on the hill overlooking the valley. The manager was kind and helpful. Definitely recommend :)

Do not believe the photos on the website. The bones are here but this place has not yet been developed. Arrived at 6:30 pm. Office closed, had to call to get manager. Checkin took a long time. Finally lead us to our site. I asked for a level site, this one was nose down, even though the place was 90% vacant. Had to stop manager and ask for restroom code. She said they were already closed for the night and were only open 9am-4pm. Very disappointing!!
Good news, cable was very good, everything worked on site, WIFI seemed strong, but came and went.
TIP. The online reservation system is a TOTAL LIE!
Says only 2 sites available when the whole place looks like a ghost town!
Will we be back?
Hard to say, this was the first stay in Mesquite, will probably shop around next time.

An absolute rare find! Incredibly helpful and friendly manager with his adorable pal Coco checked us in last minute. Extremely clean and well located. Very upscale, many beautiful rigs, perfect in every way. On our road trip cross country, this place is a diamond in the rough. Lots of space from neighbors. Very peaceful and top notch!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. Last year we camped here for 42 days. It’s quiet up there. The spaces are huge. The price is reasonable. It looks like it’s under construction but it is peaceful and has great views. I’m surprised by the number of high-end class A buses that land here. This place is big rig friendly.

Fair RV park, paved roads but gravel/dirt pads. We were here in mid May for one night.
40' class A Dutch Star, had to move a couple of time on our site as jacks sunk through the gravel
Our site 153 we could also not get level. Good points WIFI was good and was quite. Looks
Like an unfinished RV park. I would not stay again unless nothing else was available.

Do not book here. We cancelled our reservation 6 weeks in advance and they charged us $25 for cancelling.

Nice RV resort with a great view of Mesquite and the entire valley.
Mostly large class A coaches but still enough room between spots to have a little privacy.
Windy most of the time. We were here the first week in April and it was already 90 degrees.
