Just stayed here two nights then moved down the road to a bit nicer place. The place was packed, probably because of the real low price. A bit on the loud side from the traffic on Boulder highway. Really tight spaces, kept almost clean. You get what you pay for and if you are looking for cheap this place gives you that. There’s lots of fast food and a Walmart within 2 miles and easy access to the freeway.

This park only accepts cash for payment although it is reasonably priced. It's conveniently located right in town although reasonably quiet for the location. They have 24-hour security so it's safe to stay there or even leave the RV for a period of time. Lots of seasonals. Most sites are pull throughs. Over-the-air TV was good. We stayed in a travel trailer in November for two weeks.

Nice location but it isn't a great neighborhood. Showers were improved recently.
