Clean, well kept park, very convenient to Lake Tahoe, Reno etc. 80% of park appears to be people living here year around, but all the RVs are late models & well kept. Lots if shade trees. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. $48 nightly w Good Sam. Excellent cable TV & WiFi. Would stay here again.

Charged extra for kids; no working WiFi even near office; alleged game room charged for foosball and pool not allowed for those under 16. Sorry that I paid for five nights. :(

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of trees and narrow roads.

This is basically a full time and storage park. It is at a very BUSY and NOISY intersection of Hwy 50 and 395. Narrow access minimal area to park. They DO NOT offer refunds even with 24 hour notice. In a pro side it is near Costco and a casino with meal specials. I would only recommend for a 1 night emergency stay unless of course noise does not bother you.
