Two stars for location to area attractions and historic sites it is more a permanent trailer park / low income housing park than a campground and could use some upkeep. Sites tight, noisy and cluttered. Would not stay again as looks like other nicer parks in area. Showers were hot but had to pay to use. Forget the “beach/cabins/ amenities. CRows nest restaurant close by great seafood reasonably priced - make reservation.

Maybe in the 2 years from the last review this place has gone downhill. It’s shabby with pealing paint etc. Shower is an extra charge and not very nice. Paid extra for s water side site but was not. We won’t be back.

Nice place overall. Lot of seasonal sites and signs of lots of kids so may not be so quiet in peak season. Very scenic area. My only real negative is that for the price they charge they aren't putting much back into upkeep. Everything is old and almost shabby looking. In June anyways, it is very quiet. Would stay again all said and done. Motorhome.

Wide but short pull-through sites. There was little room for our pick-up, which we had to move once to make room for an RV to park in their site.
The laundry room was not as clean as we would like and two of the four driers and one of the four washers were out of order the whole time we were there.
The internet was weak and very slow.
The location is great for all there is to see and do in the area and yet is nice and quiet.
We stayed in a conventional travel trailer.
We would stay there again.
