Mostly seasonals. We were placed in a site surrounded by seasonals even though their map indicates it was for nightly reservations. We had told them in advanced we were a 36 feet long class A towing. We had to ask folks (seasonals) across the street to move their cars which were parked in the street so we could back in to our site. Then, the site (seasonal) to the rear of us had potted plants in big containers, pots of tomatoes and other vegetables pushed back in to the area of our site. As a result we could not back all the way into our site. Also, As a result, we were unable to get level in the site. The power post plug is located so close to the ground we could not use our surge protector. Seasonal sites are taking advantage of spaces they are not paying for and parking in the street making it difficult to get in and out. Very cluttered. Would not stay here again for these reasons.

We love this place it is very clean and the staff is very friendly they go out of their way to help you it's close to Atlantic City the boardwalk steel pier in Ocean City New Jersey they are constantly fixing this place up I highly recommend this place
