First time I stayed at a KOA, been camping for several years, I read several reviews that had some minor issues with staff and rules. Well we just spent two nights at this location and found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and accommodating, camp ground was clean, showers first class. Lower sites a little tight but very nice. Also very quiet, with plenty of stuff for our teenagers to do. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, well run family campground with lovely amenities and friendly staff. There really is something at this campground for everyone. RV’s have the choice many different types of sites, awesome tent sites in the woods, and very cool glamping tent, and cabins. Exceptionally clean, well maintained and great location. This is a truly well run KOA. Highly recommend.

Hands down our favorite campground. Clean and friendly. Owners love what they do and truly appreciate every guest that visits. You will feel like family when here. Have yet to talk to any campers here that don’t want to come back.

Great campground! Had a spot in the new section and loved it! Do not have anything bad to say about this campground!

Nice clean campground in beautiful location. Nice playground and pool. Clean facilities. Right on the highway so there is some road noise. Also many of the pull through sites aren't long enough for most rigs to leave tow vehicle attached to trailer. There are some more secluded tent sites and W/E sites and it looks like they are adding some new cabins.

Cant wait to return. This is one of those KOAs where you will be made to feel welcome and you will be pleased with your site, whether you are tenting or in an RV. This place is well run and freindly.
Simply put, the owners "get it". They are professional and they stay on top of their operation . Talk with them and you will quickly see that they like what they are doing... Think, labor of love.
Now, the pull throughs are a bit close but there is also some privacy by way of shrubs and such between rigs but remember, this is the White Mountains and the camping season is short... This translates to campgrounds needing to maximize space. Twin mtn KOA maximizes thier spaces without creating an RV "parking lot" feel that you'll see at other campgrounds.
Did I mention that the inground pool is heated?
So hike and tour the beautiful White Mountains. Take the ride up the cog railway and make this your base camp!
