Very clean, pleasant staff, nice campground. Only issue is the closeness of the spots and minimal trees between adjacent spots. I’ll happily stay here again.

Quiet, wooded campground. Most of the sites are seasonal and some are small with minimal privacy. No water activities. Bathrooms are clean. Very close to Hampton Beach.

Beautiful and relaxing. Family and staff are amazing. As a full time RVer it was great to be able to have mail delivered here. Nice laundry with folding table with chairs and ironing board (bring your iron). Conveniently close to shopping, sightseeing and the fun beach at Hampton Beach State Park.

Bloody beautiful and well kept private campground. Seems to be owned by a family that has been putting work and money back into it one loop at a time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to kick back a few weeks. The WiFi did not have great coverage and I needed to use my powered antenna to make it work. It was late and they were prepping to close down for the season, so I'm going to cut them slack and give them 5 stars.

Agree with all the reviews below. Narrow roads make it tricky for large rigs. No cable, and only had public tv access with antenna. Public bathroom needed attending. Overall, good price for the area and amenities offered. Ice cream from the trading post was generous helping and very tasty! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

A really large and nice campground, one of the best we've stayed at so far. Large wooded sites (although mostly seasonal), nice camp store building with ample space to hang out. Wifi is available only at the camp store, and very limited bandwidth. A highlight was the REALLY large and exceptionally nice dog park. Agree with the comments about the tall pines which are beautiful, and the narrow access roads due to the tall pines. The nearby town of Exeter NH is a must-see, for historical significance, quaint revitalized downtown area and great shops and restaurants. The NH seacoast is also close and worth the drive.

We were looking for a quiet campground with full hookups near the NH beaches. We were traveling in the early season, during the week. We have no kids and are self contained so don't use the campground bathrooms.
This large campground exceeded our expectations. The sites were relatively large and shady. He grounds were very well maintained. The tall pines were beautiful! The staff were helpful and friendly. We wished they'd had WiFi at the campsites instead of only 1 building. We appreciated the PA discount.
Location was quite convenient to beaches and Portsmouth.

Nice, paved roads; some quite narrow. Large, level sites with lots of trees: most sites shaded. Playground for children. Laundry room was clean and well kept. We did not use restrooms. We would stay here again. We were traveling with a conventional trailer.
