Beautiful park, lots of great sites with water and electric. Shower house was clean and required quarters. Numerous trails to explore

Very friendly staff choices of open sites with plenty of sunshine and beautiful views of mountains, or walk in secluded sites or private sites. did not seem to be enough showers for the amount of campers and what showers they did have took minimum $2.50 of coins. Excellent trails in the area very close to Gorman, which was a super plus. And very close stay for visiting Mount Washington.

Very nice Forest Service campground. Neat and well maintained. Many options for open or tucked in sites, with or without water and electric. Trails nearby if you want hike uphill towards Mt Washington. But the trail at the end of the park follows the river and is lovely. We would definitely come back.

Such a great campground! They have boondocking sites or power and water. Dump stations on the grounds and staff was great. Beautiful views of the mountains on both sides. Will definitely be back!

Campground is under construction for 2019, with only half of it open and no reservations. Starting the 2020 season there will be a dump station available. We were disappointed that although the dump station is complete in mid August, they will not open it until next year. RV sites with hookups (electric and water) are close together. Expensive. Basic site is $25, add hookups for $12 more with no dump station, and showers are pay about $4 for a 4 minutes shower, quarters only! The roads are all being paved as part of the construction.
