We stayed at this wonderful campground right after Memorial Day. The grounds were spotless with lots of pavement and pull through sites and the grass was so green and well-maintained. It was just beautiful. Host John and his wife could not have been nicer. They helped us out with everything we needed and were so wonderful. We plan on staying here whenever we travel through.

Site 36… My family and I stayed 2 nights at this lovely campground. It was early June and we had the grounds to ourself. Wide open campground with lots of space between campers. Huge green area with one of the nicest playgrounds we’ve seen at a camp. We throughly enjoyed our stay here.
One small negative is they placed a lot of the utilities on the wrong side of the camping pads! Site 36 was a back-in with the utilities in front of the camper right by the door.
Regardless, we really enjoyed our time at this campground

Excellent county park. Clean and well maintained. Sites are spaced apart nicely and have concrete pads. Would come back.

Very nice municipal park. It was almost full on a Monday night in September so reservations are advisable. Easy access, reasonably sized spaces with concrete pads. Thanks Gering For maintaining such a nice facility!

Great campground, lots of green space. Paid 29 for full hookup pull through with good Sam. Took off one star because roads and pads are narrow, Stayed in 34 MH with toad.

What a great place. Level concrete pads, good WiFi, Full hook-ups. Quiet, inexpensive laundry. Discounts for veterans. Park was about half full, maybe two or three long term RV'ers, most folks just in for a night or two.

What a little gem this place is. The spaces are far apart, lots of trees and grass and relatively quiet. It is close to the national monument and town. It was a great place to spend a few nights, see the local sights and stock up.

This place was great. Sites were fairly level concrete pads. Huge grass area in the middle with many sites around the outside of it. Great for kids to run around and play games. There is a half court basketball hoop. Very helpful and friendly staff. WiFi was a little spotty, but cell service was good. Close to Scottsbluff National Monument and Chimney Rock National Historic Site. There is a Home Depot and Walmart a few miles away in Scottsbluff. Showers were clean but a little small. It would be a perfect RV spot if the bathrooms were updated.

Beautiful grounds, super reasonable on cost and clean and very quiet. Found on the pull-in sites that you have plenty of space between sites. The facilities are clean but limited privacy in showers, but still very nice. The RV pads are narrow for bigger RV’s with multiple slides on the pull-ins and closer to your neighbors on the pull throughs. Little disappointed as the site description mentions cable-tv (important for local channels during tornado season) and we were informed that unless you requested during phone reservation, you can not have. Would stay again and highly recommend, just be sure and call to make reservations
