The owners are great folks, work hard and wanted us to really enjoy our stay which we did. The pad was sufficiently level, water was available and the 50 amp service worked just fine. The place was quite even over Labor Day weekend. Dump station had easy access. Lots of places to walk, a laundry close by, Baker’s market(Kroger) not far.

This is a developing camping area and I applauded the owners for bringing it back to life. It is pricey for what you get (or don’t get); but, I am fine with helping the owner as he tries to revitalize a city/county park which was abandoned due to flooding and the cost to maintain. The concrete pads are narrow and in adequate condition. Water hook-ups are far from the sites and are shared. So, you will need 2 lengths of 50ft length. There is 50amp service available; but, you have to pay an extra $10 to use the dump station.

Make sure you have 50 foot water hose because the water is located in a central location for a couple of slips. Parking area is concrete and narrow. Each site has water and electric. The sites are closer together. We were able to pick up WiFi as well! The campsite has 2 playgrounds, each side has a table, grill and fire pit. Overall we really liked it, everyone was friendly. We plan on coming again!

Very nice park. Convenient location. Site are concrete and a little narrow. Two sites use same water hydrant so one needs lots of hoes. But all in all a great park. Nice walking and biking paths along the river.

Nice county park. Concrete pads are narrow but adequate. Tables and fire pits provided. Quiet. Water connections are on wrong side for some sites and took 50 feet of hose to connect. Dump station is at back of the C loop.
