This is our fourth stay at North City Park over the past 5 years. It is an easy one mile on/off from I-90,very attractive, shaded campground with level sites, picnic tables, and shelter. Most sites are back-in but two are pull-through. The campground is adjacent to large grassy fields, perfect for our dog. Water (never any problem with sulfur or other odor) and electric only. You can dump at the CENTEX near the interstate exchange for no cost. Great overnight for our annual cross country trip.

Overall a great place to stay if you bring your own water. We tried to use the provided water but the rotten egg/sulfur smell was just too overpowering. We used what we had in our holding tank and flushed our waterlines as soon as we could. Other than that it is a great little campground /park.

Very well maintained and beautiful place for a nights stay. 50amp and water to all sites (no dump station) and amazing playground/grass area for the kids. Hosts are very gracious and campground is run by the parks board in the town. Overall a great place to stop for the night and not crowded (we visited during 4th of July weekend-Saturday and there were only 2 other campers).

This is a well maintained campground located just far enough from the freeway to be quiet and restful. The folks who manage this municipal park obviously take pride in maintaining it well and it is an excellent stop over park. Be sure to visit the local attraction, Salem Sue, 38 foot tall holstein statue, located within walking distance of this park.

Campground has been recently completed. 12 level gravel sites backing up to a golf course with evening shade. Water is at site but was shut off at our visit yet. 50 amp service at all. Dirt between sites but may be grass by 2018. No showers. Clean porta johns when we were there. No tables at site. Not too much road noise from 94 but a couple of trains overnight. Campground directly east of Salem Sue, purported worlds largest cow. Playground behind campsite. Market within walking distance. Would be good for a nights stop off the highway.
