Can’t believe this has 4 stars on Allstays, and that it’s now a KOA. It’s a packed dirt parking lot where you can’t tell where the RV dealership next door ends and this place starts. Right on busy Rt 2. Clean bathrooms, but we found it a depressing place (we’re on a 4-month cross country tour in a Class B).

If you need a place to stay for a night or 2 this place will work. Big rig friendly. Paved roads with somewhat level gravel sites. No grass or trees. There is a grass area in front to walk dogs. Mostly seasonal workers. Quite and safe. Large laundry area is clean. FUH 30/50amp, wifi very slow. Pricey for what you get but not much else in the area. We stayed in 38' FW. Would stay again.

After searching for a place to park our trailer at 3 other spots (koa is closed for what seems like ages apparently) we found this RV park. $40 to stay the night was steep, considering that it's just a big lot but there were bathroom, shower and laundry facilities plus fast wifi. The ladies who checked me in (7:30 pm) were very pleasant. The grounds were clean and despite a pretty full lot it was a quiet night. If you stay in minot, don't bother looking for better, this is it.
