Nice little park and you can't beat $35! They were small back in sites but my 40' fifth wheel fit. For a one night stay I would stay here again! Sites were level and full hookups were nice.

Beautiful park with a lot of highway noise. Most of the stuff was very friendly but one was very rude. This park is located close to down town Fargo and Fargo is a great town. I will stay here again.

Area had just had a lot of rain. Had a spot on loop A. Was a muddy swamp from the rain. Water pooled next to the RV. Made it impossible to not get muddy. Couldn’t extend awning due to how close the other Spots are. But hey, one night stay, nice showers and bathrooms with a dump area included. If not for the rain, might have been nicer. I wouldn’t stay longer than one night.

Abundantly adequate. Everyone’s comments are pretty accurate: Loop B is the ONLY option, there is ongoing construction (making noise in morning, and thankfully dust blowing opposite way), nearby highway with noise. But its a very nice park with GREAT playground for kids, convenient in-city location, and the staff are SUPER. I will definitely be back for a one-nighter going through.

Very poorly designed sites. Mine was not even a site it was just a parking area in a turn around. Very dirty. Horrible loud Highway noise. Overpriced. Dirty and muddy sites. Bad hook ups.

We stayed in the B Loop (recommended) June13, 2021. There are magnificent trees overhanging most of the sites, and a great view of the river. The reservation staff is very accommodating and flexible. We didn’t see the bathrooms. This is a delightful park that is open to and enjoyed by the locals. That was so nice to see. Hookups we’re rather far from where they needed to be. Weekend bookings will need to be made well in advance. Overall, a very nice stay.

Road noise from nearby I94, no Wifi and poor Cell svc loses 2 stars. Otherwise EXCELLENT

We were a bit Leary of this park based on prior reviews. I can say we will stay here again if in the area. The bathrooms are new and clean. Showers are in reverse-hot is cold, but the bathroom/ short complex is modern and clean. Wish they would have told me when we checked in. Our site- B6 was by the river and it was quite difficult to get level. The electric and water hookups are not conveniently located but doable. We had our windows closed because it was cold but the highway noise was not that bad.

BEWARE BEWARE....This park does not credit any cost if you need to cancel reservations. My wife was recently diagnosed with cancer and it was necessary for us to cancel our reservations for August so she could go into treatment. Considering I was trying to cancel a month in advance I would assume that they would at least refund a portion of my payment or hold back one day no they held all my paid in advance amount.

Beautiful park, right in downtown area...on the Red River, very peaceful even with the highway in the background. Would’ve given 5 stars but the sites in area B are VERY unlevel, had to raise up our front a lot, as did everyone else in this section! Section A I heard was 50 amps, but they were packed in there like sardines and had no view at all!
