The campground ad boasts 70 foot long sites, a new laundry and 5 Mbps internet throughout the park for $30.

What we found was a site that barely fit our 35' coach and toad (54' total), washing machines that spun so poorly that it took over 2 hours to dry, internet speeds too slow to update apps on my phone and a bill for $38 (apparently the low rate applies to arrivals after 6pm).

Pretty typical for campgrounds along I-95 but we had hoped for more.

this is a very nice park, with good sized pull through sites. Some are paved, some gravel and all have grass, concrete patios and picnic tables. Most people seem to be staying for just a short time. We did not see any that seem to be permanent. The park is very well kept up, and the restrooms and showers and very clean and modern. There is an oitdoor pavilion with a fireplace, pool table, and other tables to sit at. there is a very nice, large swimming pool. There is cable TV. There is wifi, but the signal at our site was weak. We were traveling through and stayed one night.

Superb resort. Great facilities. Very clean bathrooms. Awesome pool and hot tub. Just what you need after fighting traffic on I-95!
