Neat, clean and level sites. Easy in and out. No shade, but every site is full hook up. We would stay there again. Office staff was nice also.

My kingdom for a shade tree! But not here. This is a large almost treeless park located right next to the interstate but really close to Mount Airy for provisions and sightseeing. Crushed gravel roads and sites, full hookups, decent wifi coverage and cable television. There are two or three nice pavilions to use and a small pond to fish. Inside our vintage Toyota Winnebago I couldn't hear the traffic from the interstate because the a/c was running full speed. Large rigs can get in and out and the sites all looked level. The one and only shower house ( from what I could find) is next to the office and too far away to use. We stayed on site 47 located on an upper level with a nice view of the variety of RV's below us. All things considered I would stay again for just a one night stop over. Verizon 4 dot LTE. Good Sam rate was about $31.00. Not bad considering I probably used $25.00 worth of electricity to keep cool. Ha. Very well kept.
