We stayed in May 2024 and we were very impressed with this campground. The host were very accommodating. The location is very convenient and close to lots of hiking and sites. The sites were small, but there was some privacy and it was quiet. The bathrooms and bath house was among the best I have seen at any campground. We also appreciated the large and clean laundry room. We are looking forward to returning when we are back in the area.

Nice clean and tidy park. Site was pretty level but a little tight to get in ( back in). Very scenic only stayed one night. Didnt use bathroom.

Nice campground, quiet and clean. The sites for RVs include a picnic table and fire - so while they are on the small to medium sized spots, they aren't so small that you can hear your neighbor like other RV parks in the Smokies and Blue Ridge area. There are 8 Individual bath and toilets at the bathhouse and a really nice laundry room. The cabins are mixed in with the RVs and tents. There is a fenced in dog park area and a play ground for the kids. The owners are super friendly and helpful and you're about 3/4 mile from a Blue Ridge Parkway access around mile marker 319. We drove our 27' class A motorhome up 221 from 40 in Marion and back down without a problem. Going down we chose not to tow the car. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean but RV sites are very tight and close together. Not our cup of tea but nice helpful staff and super clean. Good showers and bathroom.

Nice campground. Good mixture of RVs, tents and cabins. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Some of the RV sites are really tight to get into though.
