Perfect little campground just a mile and a half from the Wright Brothers Memorial. Sites are wide, easy to access, and back up to large lawns and water. Simply a perfect campground in the heart of the Outer Banks! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great campground with big sites and plenty of room between them. All utilities worked great including CATV but no wifi though cell service was good. Great staff as well always a smile and very helpful with local information. Just an all around great campground.

Stayed in July last year. Quiet campground, close to the beaches, lighthouses, attractions. No problems. We are going back this year and booked extra days.

Ver nice roomy campground around a big oval green Level gravel sites with lot of grass between sites. The Saltbox Cafe around the corner is a great restaurant.

We planned to stay one week but ended up staying two. Dawn and Joanne were very accommodating and helpful. Nicely spaced gravel spots. We didn’t have an issue leveling. The road to the site is a little curvy but we just took out time in out 36ft 5th wheel. We’ll definitely be back!

An awesome campground. Quietly out of the way, but near Nags Head and Wright Monument. Good wifi, laundry, friendly service. Cannot speak to how it would be during peak season -- we had the place almost to ourselves in January!

Great RV park. Manager (Dawn) was great from the start. Very responsive. The park has large, flat sites. Full hookups with free WiFi and cable TV. Very quiet on the sound side of Kitty Hawk. Well off the beaten track. Ignore the one star review. Bath house is clean with nice showers. Laundry available too. We’ll be back.

Here in OBX Campground in Kill Devil Hills, NC sites were nicely spaced, level with excellent connections and services. Office staff were very kind and helpful. The location was wonderful to tour the Outer Banks areas. An added bonus of visiting during the off-season was that the crowds were missing. Of course, many vendors were as well, but it was still a lovely place to visit! We recommend this campground. We camped at OBX Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice campground, huge spaces, all back in. Quiet. About 10 minutes to shopping and town. Nicely maintained and friendly staff. Only downside was that cable wasn’t very clear but that didn’t bother us as we are not big tv watchers. Would definitely stay here again. Traveling in 34 MH with toad.

Found it years ago. Been going for the past 5 years. Away from the crowded sandy beach, but close to all.Public beach access is nearby, ask the desk. Driving on the beach in Corona/wild horses is great, read the NC state rules before you go. Sites are big, they have disallowed tent camping, which is typically the noisy/problem tenants. neighborhood you drive thru is fine. Crab houses are a block away. Billys fresh seafood store is 1/4 mile away, buy and cook, very good. bath houses are in good shape, campground is probably 8 years old.
