The park is very nice except they are not dog friendly. I agree with picking up after your dog and always do. They require you to walk your dog in the middle of the street and not let them smell the grass until you get them to approved pet area. There is grass right outside the door to rv pad and before I could get my dog out good she urinated on the grass. A neighbor walking by let me know that wasn’t allowed. I can’t carry my dog so how am I suppose to stop her? I will not be back and would not recommend to any dog owner.

Very unfriendly lady camp host. Site looked clustered and uneven.

Big thing was she would allow one of my Portuguese Water Dogs in but not his sister. Don't understand her logic but I was turned away from near empty campground.

Lakeview ended up a much better choice.

We were turned away at 10:25 PM at the entrance to Jaymar after having been approved at 7:30 pm of an estimated late arrival of 9:30 - 10 o'clock. Apparently 25 mins is too late for Jaymar. After being asked, " Do you know what time it is?!" I responded in the affirmative and said you could have told us that earlier to which she stated that they changed their mind and she left a message (at 9:45 pm) which we didn't receive until later due to poor reception in the mountains. Thank goodness Lakewood RV resort down the road was kind enough to allow us an even later arrival. Campers beware of Jaymar!
