Arrived with Jason and Jenifer both meeting us. Very friendly, helpful and kind. Their dog welcomes you and it’s dog friendly. Wish we had planned a longer stay. Electric, water and sewer connections easy, and level gravel pads. Views extra nice, and chickens, rabbits in clean well maintained cages. Deer a plenty. Free eggs with their logo stamped on them. They are campers themselves, and it shows. We will return!

Small and beautiful place. Very convenient off HW 23. Super nice hosts. Pretty views from each site. Nice trails. Well worth hiking to the top of their property for the view! We’ll be back!!

This is a small, private campground, with only 8 spots, if I remember correctly. But the property is beautiful, with gorgeous views overlooking Franklin, lots of trees, walking trails, deer, chickens, geese. The sites are full hook up. The owners are awfully nice, and have a little area with a kitchen, and laundry facilities. I really loved our stay here; every day was a new adventure.

We discovered this place through a totally unexpected turn of events and could not have been happier! It is undoubtedly the most scenic and unique place we've ever stayed. The owners/hosts are wonderful
and provided us with a most unique experience. They have 26 acres with just 6 RV sites (no tent camping) with full hookups. We saw wild deer, wild turkey, geese, chickens, and were treated to some organic honey from their own bees! Can't wait to return here soon!
