I booked a monthly reservation with a start date six weeks out via the phone sight unseen since monthly spots in this area are hard to come by. My mistake for not reading the reviews first. Drove by the next day. "Resort" is an extreme over statement. It is a run down trailer park with a couple of camping spots. I tried to cancel the reservation less than 24hours after booking it - they denied my refund request and are keeping my $100 deposit. Lesson learned.

Small but great little campground. Has great wifi. Tables and fire ring at site. private clean bathrooms.. Great stay and friendly owners

Owners were friendly. Really more of a mobile home park not a resort. Park was right next to railroad tracks and our trailer vibrated every time a train went by. We ran our AC all night to try and drown out the noise. Price was great.
