This location is fantastic for those that need/want the convenience of being near town. The proximity to the shopping and restaurants of Fayetteville and access to Fort Bragg can’t be beat by any other RV location. Another reviewer correctly mentioned that this is literally someone’s back yard. The area is quiet and most are long term campers in town for work.

Small but serviceable. For a place to park while visiting your soldier (what we did) it is fine. Ample room for our 31 ft trailer with slides. Need to call ahead as it gets pretty booked. You couldn't ask for nicer folks.

Small campground in backyard of Art & Bobbie's house on a dead end street. About 16 spaces though most seem to be seasonal. No showers, bathrooms or other amenities. Our site had water, electricity, sewer and cable. $25 for one night though with passport America it would be half I think. Quiet area for a campground near a city. For an overnight with full hook ups, not bad and not great. We stayed in a 19' camper van. (Roadtrek 190P). March 2016.
