I have stayed at nearly 100 campgrounds and RV parks across the US and this one is the worst I have ever seen. Owner has numerous pit bulls that are always around. One was tied up outside an RV and barked constantly. Others are laying on floor and occupy chairs in office trailer so you can’t even get through door. Owner has three other trashed and abandoned RV’s on site. In fact, trash and junk is everywhere and visible from road. Nasty water sitting in washing machine that only has cold water hookup. Restroom/showers were equally nasty with no heat and burned out light bulbs. Site had nice deck on river but abandoned cars line bank. Stayed a week and couldn’t wait to leave.

I don't know where these people are at writting thier reviews about this camp ground. The owners has two sets of rules one set for the campers and perminate camp sites and the other set of rules for thier family. Example: I have a straffordshire Terrier in which they said was a pitt bull which is not allowed but thier family has several TRUE PITTBULLS. Another is they rented my spot after i paid a year in advance but couldn't get my camper up there for a few months because i was redoing it back home. And when i decided to mive my camper out 3 months before renewal time they didn't give any of my mo ey back. So i would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to no one. And they are other camp sites in the area that charge about the same price and cheaper per month and per year that has much more to offer. If you don't like my comment then oh well cause it is all the truth.

Quietest park we have ever stayed in park residents will do all they can to help you with whatever you need just down to earth country folk just love it here wish we didn't ever have to leave like steeping back in time 30 years owners are on top of everything so u can enjoy your stay laundry onsite drink machine ice for sale everything you need to enjoy is here

We had happy a great stay at this nice and quiet campground on the river. We felt very welcomed and taken care of by the kind owners. He helped us park our rv, delivered us firewood and was very pleasant all our stay! The campground was very clean and tidy with nice wooden decks at each campsite for true enjoyment of the beautiful river! We were able to enjoy a peaceful trip and made easy day trips on our motorcycle to all the great towns in the Bryson City area! We did not want to leave!
