This is a beautiful spot! I had a large, grass site with a water view. I wish the beach allowed dogs though.

Pro’s: Great camp sites. Large and spacious. Some open, some wooded. Very large sandy done beach.
Con’s: Be ware of Lobster season. (We visited during Sept.) The nearby fishing boats go out about 4am and will wake you up.
Weather was wet recently and the mosquitoes where wild.

This provincial park was the nicest we have ever been to. The sites are huge and the view is magnificent. I have no criticism for this park at all, and nothing but good things to say. I would highly recommend a stop here. The staff was very friendly and we look forward to going again in the future for a longer stay.

Quite lovely in terms of appearance, and staff was cordial and cooperative. However, this is a Provincial Park that uses an out of park central booking facility. When making the reservation, I asked for full hookup and was told no problem. When I arrived, I learned that they have 14 full-hookups, and they were all full. Since we could live without sewer for 4 nites, we opted to move to our assigned site. After backing into my site, I discovered that we only had electric service. I returned to the office and requested another site. When told that the campground was full, we decided to leave and requested a refund. The staff was cordial in immediately doing so. However, there was an $8(C) cancellation charge. The bottom line... be very careful when making a reservation with this park's central booking facility!
