Nice updated campground. Newer bathrooms shower rooms, community fire pit with grill芒鈧 I stayed there for five days, and other than some road noise芒鈧 This was a great place to camp芒鈧 You can see they care

This is a new KOA, with experienced onsite owner/Franchisee. 5 stars because once they took over the former campground, they built brand new private showers and bathrooms, added beautiful landscaping. 5 stars because the owner went out of his way to come help us repair our sway bar, then refused any gratuity. Saved the day! Beautiful mature trees, nice camp store and laundry room. Nice folks. Their family also ran a fine KOA near Glacier NP. Best to ignore out of date reviews before it became a KOA. This review written summer 2021.

We liked this place. Easy pull through, level. Didn芒鈧劉t even unhook. Great bakery nearby. Stayed one night. Would stay again.

Nice interior gravel roads and sites. Trees but a few sites allowed satellite reception. Didn芒鈧劉t use the shower house. Verizon LTE was almost full bars.

Very nice overnight campsite. Verizon & AT&T had good signals. Older campground but in decent repair. Quiet. Trees have been trimmed back but would not mind seeing them trimmed just a titch more so that I would not have to watch so closely with my 43' rig. Would not hesitate to stay again when passing through. No sewer in the section I was in but easy access to the dump station.

I was very curious about how it would be after looking at the extreme, lots of 1s and 5s,, ratings. The address on KOA road was a giveaway that this was once KOA. Asked why I was told KOA had lots of standards and they could make more money being independent . My observation is the residual KOA 芒鈧揻eel芒鈧 is what is nice about the camp; the lack of maintaining the camp to the standards is what is wrong. For example, there is plenty of grass and trees; however, some of the grass could use a bit more water and/or less weeds. Bottom line is that this is an OK place to overnight for a day or two. Therefore, I gave it a 3 star. In the long run, I would like to see the KOA franchise restored.

Run down and a bit unkept. If you have other options, do it. Don芒鈧劉t plan on a pool. Most sites are seasonal.

I didn芒鈧劉t have the experiences the other reviews had, nor did I have the same impression. We thought the park was great. The spaces were plenty big, and there were lots of trees and nice landscaping. It was not at all overgrown. The office staff were all nice. In fact, we were planning to go to the first come first serve Lewis and Clark state park, but when we drove by this park we decided to stop and check it out (it was hot, full hookups were appealing). We did not use the bathroom or shower. The only bummer was the pool is not filled or functional and it would have been nice in the heat.

Sites and park are heavily vegetated and overgrown. We did not stay for two reasons. One the overhead tree limbs scratching my 40芒鈧劉 RV. The park looks rundown and needs desperate maintenance. Second, the owner/staff were very abrupt and seemingly unfriendly when we wished to look at the site beforehand. We could not recommend this place.
