DUST...Owners, Employees, Guests ...all feel frre to bomba down the drit road between Hwy 92 and the office. You cannot leave your windows open, cook or eat outdoors without dealing with dust. Modern (1950 Military) group showers, one indoor toilet and that costs you an extra $5 per day per person. Go somewhere else.

Put it kindly the place is kind of rustic. It does not make a good impression. First thing you see the single wide trailer is a single wide trailer complete for the junk car and other treasures. The RV part is next and is forested. You are then greeted by their storage lot on the way to the main building. That is quaint. My biggest problem was I couldn't sit on any of the chairs. The restaurant only served fried food and pizza. The hook ups were at best chaotic.
On the good side, the staff was friendly. The pool was indeed fed by Hot Springs. However the showers seem to date back to the 40s.
