The service is good, however the facility is probably 40 years old. All the road are bumpy. The water from the faucet are full of black particles.

This KOA access is horrible. To start, you will find yourself on a dead end with no turn-around if you follow either Google or Waze. This KOA is terribly outdated. The facilities are very poor. It is in an old trailer park part of town. Do not let your kids be un-supervised. It is way overpriced for what it is. It鈥檚 a trap for unsuspecting KOA members. Once you finally do get in there when traveling, you pay their price. Awful place. Stay anywhere but there. I鈥檓 hesitant to give it one star. Anyone giving more must be a hillbilly or works there.

Only one star. Price is high for the quality of the facilities. Stayed here 8/7 芒鈧 8/10 2020. The west edge of the park has mobile homes installed with some in good shape and others in disrepair. This gives the park a trashy feel. Ample shade with mature trees. The 芒鈧揼rass芒鈧 is really a mix of chickweed, clover, and dandelions. Bath facilities are in average condition with good coverage throughout. Wi-fi speed is definitely below average as compared to other parks. Access to Missoula and I-90 is excellent. Staff is hit and miss. Some folks were very knowledgeable and super helpful. The person who checked us in was somewhat clueless about a number minor questions I had. Another employee 芒鈧搈aking the rounds芒鈧 chastised me for parking my tow vehicle with one tire about an inch on the concrete walkway next to the gravel parking area. I was really surprised this employee used the 芒鈧搗inegar approach芒鈧 with me. Sweetness typically gets better results. We will not stay here again and will try another park in the area next time out travels bring us to Missoula.

Nice campground...rather urban. Looks like the city grew around it. The Google directions coming East on i90 were bad, so had to come around loop near Home Depot instead (you feel like you芒鈧劉re in a neighborhood). The campground was neat, lots of amenities (pool open, game room, trikes, playground, dog run). Pull through sites were nice (we have a 24ft Class 5, pulling a motorcycle trailer), although a little tight as I looked right into the car-camper next to us 冒鸥陇陋. I芒鈧劉d stay here again.

The worst campground we have ever stayed. Very rude and unprofessional staff. no hot water, weak wifi, pour access, in the middle of a run down mobile home park. Made us lose our desire to ever stay at a KOA ever again.

Stayed overnight and would consider for longer periods. Very clean, well laid out, and good space between rigs. You can say it's an urban campground, but Missoula is not what I'd call all that urban. If it weren't for the winter thing, I would want to check it out the city for long-term use. Some sort of airbase/airport nearby, but the noise was only worth a mention and did not disturb us. They have these huge black rabbits hopping and brought us several moments of amusement. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile all had great signals. There was a hot-tub but we did not take the time to try it out. I like that they guide you to your site. Lots of stores and services nearby (RAM service center bent over backwards to help us out).

One night stay in August 2019 in 23 foot Class B - Standard KOA: nice sites - good restroom facilities - 10 mins from I-90 - lots of stores on Business Route 93 near park

Stayed here overnight after a week dry camping at YNP. Yes it is down in the thick of it with traffic but we didn芒鈧劉t mind anything. Others have mentioned the airplane noise but being a military pilot, we loved it. Our kids enjoyed the pool while we enjoyed the adults only hot tub. All facilities we used were clean and nice. We enjoyed a quick round or three of the 8 hole mini golf. Was probably the hardest mini golf ever but the kids had a blast. We enjoyed our overnight and would stop here again.

We stayed here June 1, in a 24 foot trailer. We were assigned a site right on a busy road through the Mobil home park, that is a through street, and used by school buses, as well as cars. It is conveniently located to almost anything you need while on the road. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were outdated, but everything worked well. The laundry had lots of washers, but only 5 dryers that worked. The spaces have a little grass between you and your neighbor, and the park is well maintained. Due to the noise level - planes, trains, and traffic, we would probably not stay here again. If you do stay here, get a spot away from the main road!
