Great campsite. A little rustic but charming. Most campsites are fairly late and private. Even those not on the waterfront have great views and easy lake access. Facilities nice and clean, and hosts were overall helpful and nice. We came in a 20 foot trailer

This is a tough campground to review. The campground itself is great. Nice facilities, absolutely gorgeous views, and wonderful access to the water. It was quiet and well shaded. Your enjoyment of your stay here will depend on which spot you get. Many of the non-electric tent sites are on a steep hill, which means no matter how you set up your tent would be at a substantial angle. We couldn’t cook on the picnic table because our pots and pans kept sliding off our stove. After the first night we were so miserable, we moved our tent up to the road shoulder and set up there so we old sleep flat. I would recommend reserving a spot on the waterfront. The spots are flat and will work out great.
