Grass. Shade. Not great wifi. Indoor swimming pool. Donuts and juice each morning. Space between sites good, but a little tight pulling in and out in our 40 ft motorhome. Managers very friendly and helpful. Lots of Huckleberry pie w/in walking distance. $40 per night, which was a little high if you don't use the pool.
