What a lovely campground! Owners are super nice. When you pull in you immediately feel it’s different from most campgrounds. Kind of like you’re camping in someone’s huge yard. Campground is small in comparison to typical ones but most sites are spacious. The owners went out of their way to give us sites with our travel companions and so that our doors would face each other. There is a little bit of everything here. Most sites have trees and some shade. We only stayed one night but if you needed a break for a few days this would be a great stop. Bathrooms are clean as well as the laundry. You feel like you want to get to know your neighbors. There is a small playground as well. Kids can walk about or ride their bikes safely. Some sites have full hookups and some just electric and water. There is also a dump station. It’s kind of old school, in a very good way. They even have a library of DVD’s you can rent for $1.00. We stayed in sites 22 & 23 with a 19 and 27 ft TT.

Slim pickings in this flat exposed region, but we found this shady oasis. A privately owned campground (their 35th year and counting) is clean and well maintained. The owners are warm, accommodating and very welcoming! Lots of shade trees, large grass sites, laundry, bathrooms/showers. We will be back if we pass this way again!! We called 6 miles out and got the last spot. So we recommend calling ahead.

Great quiet spot. Will return some day.
