We stayed one night in a site close to the office. Check in was easy and the site was quite spacious. The bathrooms and laundry were clean though we didn鈥檛 really use either. The area feels quite depressed, the neighboring property was filled with decrepit mobile homes. All that being said, it was a quiet place to stay overnight and we would do so again if we are in the area.

This campground served its purpose as a quick stopover for the night mainly because there鈥檚 nothing else around. The state of the office has already been discussed by other reviewers so no need to restate. The place is dumpy and unkempt. Our site 43 was one safety hazard after another. Trash on the ground to include glass, a water hose hooked up to our water supply going to a different site, and a piece of bent rusted metal from what appeared to be an old grounding rod about a foot from the electrical pole. My toe managed to find the rod as I was hooking up and gave me a nice gash. I brought this up to the owner who seemed to dismiss it altogether and that it was required to be there and they鈥檝e never had problems. The maintenance guy walked out with me to look at it and was profusely apologetic, unlike the owner. He went and spray painted it bright red in order to make it more visible to others. Needless to say, we left early the next morning.

Nice little campground with super nice folks running it. Clean and tidy. Water pressure great, no issues with power or sewer. Definitely would stay there again

I made reservations to stay at this campground,but because of unforeseen circumstances I cancelled my reservation. I checked my bank statement and found that I was not given a refund but that l had been billed twice,once when I made the reservation and again when I called for a refund. I contacted the campground but received no response. Live and learn.

Nice enough desk person but office is very unkempt, the cat urine smell is overwhelming inside this office. They have a gift store but with the smell and cat hair no thank you. Level spot which is good.

Don鈥檛 expect too much, but good enough for the money. Pleasant owner, cluttered (train wreck level) office, cats if you鈥檙e allergic don鈥檛 go in!

I芒鈧�鈩�m giving this business 2 stars only because the 50 amp hook-up, water and sewer worked. I reserved a pull through site and was assigned a back in site, said I would enjoy the shade tree. Well, I do not like trees hanging over my camper. But that tree was scrub tree. It shows a Good Sam member? There are semitrailers coming in during the evening and night. Very noisy. From the condition of the office I did not want to enter any other structure. To top it off they promote an ice cream social for $3.50 a person, but bring your own bowl and spoon. Find another location for your money.

Definitely over-sold and under-delivered. Not as nice as was advertised.

They fit me in last minute so I芒鈧�鈩�m appreciative of that however where they 芒鈧�艙fit芒鈧�聺 me isn芒鈧�鈩�t really a space it芒鈧�鈩�s someone芒鈧�鈩�s yard and I am sharing a power pole with my neighbor. Fine if it were 15-20 bucks芒鈧�娄.. nope 42! After I parked they informed me I have to back out since the yard is so crazy it broke the axle off the lawnmower芒鈧�娄. Info I would have liked to have before I pulled my AIRSTREAM into it!!!! Whomever the lady was who gave me the space was the sweetest person in the planet tho so it makes it hard to complain but seriously this space sucks.

Nice location. Clean park. Ive never been so close to another rig in any other campsite. Ended up With 3 trailers and a class A in 2 sites side by side. The prople next to us sharing our power pedestal, sewer and water said they had 2 reservations for the night. But it appeared someone messed up in the office. Wifi was subpar. We were told at checkin get your internet work done before the park fills up. Next time in the area I think ill book the koa down the street. Close easy drive to custer battlefield.
