Such mixed feelings about this place. When we arrived, we were graciously greeted by Barry (I think?), who took us to our site in the wooded area. He helped us out with propane and wood and was super nice. Our site was private, not big, and not nearly as overgrown as others. It was 芒鈧揻ine,芒鈧 not quite the west Glacier koa we came from as others said. We walked the campground and were very happy to be located where we were, and not in the outer big rig lot where there were no trees, but what looked like plants of permanent residents. On a positive note, there was a walking trail to the Walmart. We liked the state parks we visited and were happy we stopped by the city. We would stay again if in the area, but it isn芒鈧劉t anything to rave about.

We are in 210. No shade in our whole section. There is no grass at our site, just weeds and they aren芒鈧劉t even cut. Disappointed. Far cry from the last KOA we stayed at in West Glacier.

Update: we just walked the campground. It is completely run down. The dog park is unusable- the grass is at least 8 inches long and it is tiny, not big enough to run around. All the other campsites are overgrown. The water park looks like it has algae. It must have been a nice park at one time, but it is very neglected now. Disgusted that I paid $80!

For the $108 a night for a premium pull thru sight you would think that the grass (weeds) would be cut, the wi-fi would work . Guess that芒鈧劉s asking to much . Did have nice Weber grill and fire pit .

Update on previous review: Wife went to use restroom as I was preparing trailer for travel, found to be NASTY Had not been cleaned in what looked like a while !!! No petting zoo as advertised, not sure about water park. Lots of full time residents (most )Would not stay there again !!!!

It's clean. Wifi works. Operators are real nice. Free breakfast. Back in sites (and most others) are shaded. Free firewood. Lots of activities for kids. Music in the evenings. It's expensive, but that's KOA. If you want to stay in Great Falls...the nearest "Boondock on the MO" I could find is 25 miles west. If you want to stay cheap, the Walmart is 1/4 more away. No complaints.

Pretty expensive for a KOA. It芒鈧劉s a nice enough campground. We only stayed one night. All the utilities worked as expected. Water pressure was 40 psi. Cable TV was only 4 channels. I don芒鈧劉t like the large 8x8 timbers used to line the pull thru sites. They are a tripping hazard and we had difficulty putting out our stairs. The utility side of the site is lines with short prickly plantings very close together that you have to maneuver around when connecting your utilities. These plants would be better served if planted in the middle of the area instead of the edge where you have to walk, work or access your rig.

Best campground we have stayed at in America. Grounds are beautiful with lots of shade, trees, flowers, rocks. Sites are close together but the grown bushes and trees make it very private. Well maintained. Came here with my 3 yr old, he absolutely loved the water park. If you have young kids, this is the greatest place. Water park/pool is geared towards kids under 12, no deep area. 2 hot tubs are nice. Bathrooms are amazing, individual toilet/shower rooms. Staff is a bunch of really nice helpful young people. Free firewood is fantastic. Close to town, but feels like you are in the woods. Right next to a walmart for helpful shopping. WiFi was good while we were there, much better than the average KOA where you cant connect or get speed. Good Store with Ice Cream.

Only downside is the price, but considering the free firewood, working WIFI and amount of entertainment the water park provides, I'd say its well worth it.

Although expensive, we felt we got our money's worth with the immaculate plantings, extensive services, great breakfast, and overall environment of the campground. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Bathrooms and showers were clean, attractive and spacious. We enjoyed the espresso/latte, petting zoo and nightly live folk music. We don't have little kids, but the water park, playground, and pedal carts look great. Our 27-foot class C motorhome fit well into the space. A new Walmart is within walking distance, which we found convenient. The new owners are doing a fantastic job, extending the campground with new plantings to accomodate long rigs!

Don't understand all the bad reviews! Except for the price $$$$$$$ it is a great campground. Large private shaded sites with free firewood, very friendly staff, flowers in planters, pretty level sites, does have dirt roads but didn't bother us. Lovely grounds up front and some grass at each site. Free entertainment at night, breakfast served in a quaint outdoor kitchen, nice gift shop and ice cream parlor. Don't know what more people can ask for. Lots of cute shaded private cabins!! Clean! Go for it!

Booked on website a premium spot based on our length. Got here was told we need something more suitable for our rig. (40' towing) got stuck in a rag weed infested dirt lot. The new area. No break on price either. It'll be nice here some day. Today is not that day. Next year isn't looking to good either.
