Pulled in at about 3:30p to find a locked, empty office. We called the number and left a message. We were later called back and told the owners decided to close early because they were bored. Too bad, not too bad. We found a beautiful, quiet, clean, friendly place on Kinnikinnik Road nearby.

Train whistles ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Campground is nice and well kept. If you can sleep through the trains all night

When I booked my month long stay I stated I was a light sleeper and was concerned about road noise. No problem she said. She was right. There was NO way you could hear the road noise because the freight train horns drowned everything out. ALL NIGHT LONG. It's unlivable. Noe for their "Cable TV" it's the local OTA channels re transmitted over their "Cable". Not my idea of factual. If you have normal hearing, CFRV Park will never be anything but a ONE.
Can't wait to leave and get some sleep.

Terrible customer service. While the facility was sterile clean, I do not recommend this campground. We have always encountered friendly, helpful & hospitable people in our travels. These operators seem determined to say no to any requests...no, you cannot use the bbq’s (even though they’re noted in their website and loaded and ready in the breezeway). You are locked out of the laundry facility at 8 pm, so I went to retrieve it this morning-the operator was cleaning the machines surrounding the one I had in use. She had her supplies spread across all of the machines, and even though I clearly had to get in the dryer, she just remained directly behind me, giving me no space to fold my clothes. I finally gave up and took them to my rv to fold. As we prepared our rig to leave, she stood outside the office smoking, filling the air with the stench. I will not return. Such a shame to experience this in such a beautiful region.

This was the cleanest, most well cared for campground we have ever stayed at in two years of full time travel. All sites have grass on both sides of site. Level sites with large gravel. Bathrooms were hospital clean, and had music. Big shower spaces. Lots of trees but you can ask for no trees to get satellite coverage. The sites nearest entry road might have a little noise. The large sites were full of big motor homes. Local town, Columbia Falls was fun. Great morning snacks and coffee at Uptown Hearth. Best hamburgers we have had in a year at Gunsight Saloon. Very nice little dog run area. They have a lot of rules, but that is why it is clean, and neat. We would stay again. And again. Two dog limit,.

This park is well maintained, restrooms and showers were clean, nice pull through full hookup with 30/50 amp service. The town of Columbia Falls has most all the services and supplies needed and Kalispell is only 25 miles away with all the big box stores. Easy access to West Gkacier NP and the Road To The Sun from here. We recommend the Red Bus Tour in Glacier NP. Town of Whitefish is also a fun place to visit

The good: clean, level sites and all pull-through, good wi fi
The bad: dozens of rules, posted everywhere; pets are not "welcome", they are barely tolerated (lots of signs saying "no pets" and the only pet area was a small spot right by the road)
The place just felt really uptight and uncomfortable and we would not stay here again.

Nice and clean with good facilities. Gravel pads fairly level. Stayed 4 nights, using it as base for exploring area and Glacier Nat'l Park. Most sites are pull through. Friendly, helpful staff.

Yes the rules are posted all around the park, I guess if we all would follow the rules they wouldn't have to post them. The restrooms and laundry was very clean. Park was well maintained and clean, park location is five stars walk to farmers market or the eat in town. Staff friendly sites are gravel, almost level, wifi good, cable TV, each site has a small area of grass, meat market just outside the park, great meats. We stayed two weeks saw RV's move from one site to another, I have never understood why move the RV in the park to a open site so a RV that is not in the park can have that site??? Yes we will be back.

A great well maintained, family owned RV Resort. They do have a lot of rules, but nothing unreasonable. Full hook ups, WiFi, and cable included. Showers, small site store, LP, and laundry room. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would stay again.
