I first called the lady was real nice, told me she had a couple of spots in her 芒鈧搊verflow lot芒鈧 back in. I asked her are they easy to back into? Oh yes, nice and roomy. When we finally arrived the store was closed and locked up tight. I called the number she was short, huffing and puffing like she didn芒鈧劉t want to be bothered. One reviewer mentioned her dogs, she allows her dogs to run around everywhere they run up onto other campers and their dogs. She showed us the spot she points instead of walking or taking us over to the spot. The spot is on a grassy area underneath a tree. There are full time campers here. All we have is water and electric. I pray I am not sleeping around meth heads.

Lady at the front desk was not welcoming or polite. We asked for info on long term parking for our camper and said they do not accept children of any age yet had several small yapping dogs running around off leash in the store. She definitely could have been friendlier. She was very condescending and sarcastic when we inquired further about children.

Really nice staff, great store, they have a gasoline pump and inexpensive laundry services. The residents do have older trailers but it's kind of cool traveling thru time looking at them haha. But the best part is the bathrooms! Sparkling clean with very hot water!

I hate to give this such low marks, as the grounds are beautiful-with a nice playground, nice people at checkin, and other facilities-but it is full of full-time units and some are quite old. It has a very nice store as well. You drive along some nice scenery to get there-just know the atmosphere is more trailer park.
