We would NEVER go back here. We were in loop Royal Cay, site 167. This loop was on the back edge of the park with an active train track just on the other side of the fence. On this loop the RVs were right next to each other (other loops not as close). The park allows golf carts which were frequently going around the park and some were playing loud music. We talked to the staff at the park entrance who told us there are no restrictions on noise except 10pm till 8am which other campers around us did not abide to. We had booked 2 nights, but forfeited our 2nd night (over $30) because of the noise. This campground might be OK if the pool is open and you have children. This is the first campground we have ever left early in over 30 years of camping.

The park was Ok. The restrooms needed to be cleaned more often and better than they were. No gray water sink to do your dishes in and what ever you do, Do Not follow the directions given to you in the reservation email you get from them as it takes you over the steep RR crossing where we ripped off our gray water pipes and had to spend the whole next day looking for RV repair places in Biloxi to get the parts for husband to fix.so they need to update this info on their confirmation email so this does not happen to the next person

Campers and RVs should take Lakeshore Rd. to the RV Park since it is the only RR crossing accessible to RVs and Campers. Then turn left onto S. Beach Blvd. We enjoyed our stay in late January!

Nice, large sites. Close to bay, but not right on it.Be careful in your route in as there are decal RR crossings that are not RV friendly.

Biggest issue was that you couldn’t just walk up and get into the pool. You had to go and pay $4 per person person day. Also, the wifi was non existent. My husband has an online class, and he had to connect to his hot spot. Unfortunately our cellular service was also slow in the park. There are so many parks in the area and we don’t have children. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I camped here for 3 nights in April, beautiful weather, no bugs. I was in a shady site in the Treasure Cove loop. This is nearer the train track, but I would rather have a nice big shady site. A casino is very close if that interests you, and the close town of Waveland has averything you need. The park is large and you can ride your bike all over the paved roads. Bathrooms are nice, there is a trail to walk. I was there before the pool and water park opened for season. Nice park

This is a very basic park. There is no beach at all. I understand the area is depressed because of Katrina with that said, there is nothing to do until the pools open in the summer. There is a view of the Gulf on the premium sites but there is no beach, so you might as well be on a lake. Bathhouses were nice. Some sites do not drain well at all. Saw a lot of security during the day but we came in 3 times after dark and the gates were open for anyone to come in. The office people are nice but are over worked, be patience with them. Stayed in early March. Too cold for bugs.

Nice campground, however if you park in the back it can get very muddy. Also there is a well used train track in the back and it can be loud. I would recommend staying up front.

Inexpensive for full hookups with paved pads. Not much privacy. All of the buildings ( restrooms, camp store, electrical transformers and offices) are elevated and built on concrete pillars. Hats off to state officials for preplanning for the next hurricane. Two to three Verizon LTE bars. Google maps routes you to a closed service road instead of the main entrance off Beach Street.

Very open sites that have very little shade except for the primitive camping at the back picnic tables are not provided any of the side towards the back road with electricity and without. The pool is only open on Saturday and Sunday after kids went back to school which was really unfortunate as it was still very hot and us adults would've liked to of swam. She should've been reduced as pool is not open in general overly expensive the amenities
