Clean and well kept campground. Close to the Vicksburg battlefield sites. Limited trees or shade. Pull throughs are long enough, but the hook-ups are at the entrance end of the site. Since we were pulling a car hauler flatbed trailer, we had to drive our car off the trailer, pull the trailer all of the way through to the front of the site and disconnect it. Then we had to pull the motorhome around behind the trailer so it was near the back of the site where the hook-ups were. Still had to use three sewer lines, two water supply hoses to reach an up-hill hook-up. When emptying black and grey water, had to lift up the hose to empty into drain. Hosts were great and offered to move trailer to overflow area with their truck, but it wasn't needed.

Camp hosts were very friendly ( former managers), pull through, 50 amp, clean well kept. Very convenient to Civil War sites and the $27.00/night make it a 5 star in our book. Definitely would stay there again.

Called for a last minute overnight and had no problem getting in A nice and quiet campground no trains or traffic noise heard! Very clean, bath house a little dated but nice and clean. Would stay here again as it’s close to downtown Vicksburg.

one of the best value campgrounds we’ve ever stayed at. we’ve paid much more for a lot less. would easily come back. generous site space. some full timers but classy. above average ok wi-fi when it works. (7mb down 2 up) great weekly rate of $25 a night. (as of 07/04/18) (we stayed 7 nights) good power and water pressure (no sulfur smell) a few campsites have trees/shade con: sewer is in the back of every site so you should have at least 30 ft of sewer hose. apparently level, mostly flat, gravel sites but whole campground is slightly unlevel so you’ll have to do a little levelup. nice small saltwater pool with privacy fence. up keep of the facility is above average.

Nice large, level, pull-through lot (#97). Clean bathrooms, nice folks running the place. Convenient to Walmart and gas stations. We’ll come back if we’re in this area again.

Nice clean campground. Large sites with lots of grass between. You will require a long sewer hose though. No shade so it would not be good in the heat of Summer. Never did get connected to their WiFi. No cable TV either.

Big pull thru and back in sites. Sites are level and clean. The big problem for us is the sewer connection. The pipe is 20ft from my rig's connection. Even worse is their sewer pipe comes out of the ground six inches and the lot is slightly sloped. In the end, i couldn't get the hose to create a siphon, so I had to resort to lifting sections of the hose and working it twenty feet to the sewer pipe...ARGHH! I didn't discover this until I went to Walmart to purchase extension hose, connected it, and then opened the valve. The hose filled but wouldn't drain.

All that said, we'll come back again, but every two days or so I'll back my 36' Fifth wheel so that my drain aligns with the sewer pipe; forget the 20ft hose.

Wifi didn't work due to distance, so I had to bring out my Alfa campro Wifi Repeater...all good.

Big sites but then you need longer hoses for it. Wifi was above average.
