Those giving this place good reviews must have stayed in the New Section. The sites are not bad. But as would expect, the newer site was full upon arrival after making reservations earlier in the year. We and 2 other large Class A Coach’s were traveling together and were assigned sites 1, 2 and 12. These sites were in the old section which are extremely tight and tiny sites to the point that no one’s awnings were out. Sites are gravel with overgrown grass with cars tightly crammed into what appears to be permanent or semi permanent campers sites. Oh not to mention an overnight stay in the $40.00 range. The only positive is the park is about 2 miles south of Interstate 20. Cannot comment on any other amenities, if any. We will pass by and stay somewhere else if we are ever in the area.

I’m giving 5 stars because we only stayed one night and it was great, The bathrooms are clean as a whistle and kept at a temperature that is comfortable in cooler weather. The doggo park was also VERY clean apparently the guests are very conscientious and management probly checks it too. It was quiet. Check in was hassle-free and friendly. The price was reasonable. We were able to purchase propane on site. We’ll stop here again as we pass thru Vicksburg.

Stopped overnight on way to TX. Nice little park convenient to I20. Not fancy and we didn’t use any facilities although there was a small pool and a laundry room. We had a pull through, gravel site that was level enough. This is nice since we tow and didn’t have to unhook for an overnight stop. No shade but would definitely stay again for a night or two. Called only an hour before and was able to get a site.

I read the reviews before reserving a site for the night. Can’t believe the good reviews I read were about this park. The park is full of long term, unkept campers stacked in so closely you can’t even open your awning. One night but never again .

Small area but very nice and quiet, bathrooms and showers very clean. Close to historical town area with good restaurants. Tony the host or maybe the owner was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

This park is very basic. Would never stay here again if it had been raining- lots of mud in the areas between the rigs. Work crew was very kind and helpful.

A very quiet little campground just off I20. Great little dog park, cable hook up, water, sewer, and electric. Stayed 1 night on the way to NC. My dogs loved running around the small dog park area.

One star because there isn’t a 0 star. This place is run down. The neighbors in front hook ups are under your slide. Some of the trailers here look a hundred years old.
